Here's a bit about me, what I do, and who I am...
I’m Joyce, a Career Coach & Executive Coach in Silicon Valley.
I was born in Shanghai, China but came to the US when I was 1.5 years old and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area (Albany, California to be exact).
This is my story so far
2019: Got let go from my Head of Sales role; tried out coaching and loved it
2020: Went all in on coaching, served hundreds of clients in my first full year in business
2021: Joined Justin Welsh’s Linkedin growth community, and grew to 11,000 followers on LinkedIn
2023: Got divorced, got through a major health challenge, and realized how loved I am by my family and friends
2024: Doubled down on coaching executives, and helped multiple career coaching and executive coaching clients achieve $1-$1.5M annual compensation packages
Hit over 30,000 followers and had my first few viral posts
2025 (I’m coming for you!): Ramp up my group coaching programs, workshop facilitation, and public speaking work
And that's only the half of it!
I'm also here to help leaders, executives and founders in Silicon Valley land their dream jobs, and thrive in those roles through my career coaching and executive coaching.
